The Ball is the call;
the Knucklebones establish a relationship with fate and the ancestors;
the Wheel begins the journey, and turns and turns;
the Top purges;
the Bull-Roarer tears open worlds;
the Puppet yields the ego;
the Rattle reintegrates through ecstatic movement;
the Wool gathers, and restores, and wipes off pollution;
the Apple renews life and generativity;
and the Mirror reveals the initiate’s true face.
