While working on the last prayer (which is a response to a question brought up in regards to my declaration of a fatwā on the sexual predators in the Hellenic and Dionysian communities) I realized that I wasn’t really living up to the values it prescribed. Thus far I haven’t named any names. I mean, I haven’t exactly hid it. If you’ve spent any time in those communities you probably know exactly who I mean when I say stuff like “AA, otherwise known as that Australian Asshole.” But it’s not right to play coy when you’re making the kind of accusations I am. So, to be crystal fucking clear, I am referring to the child-fucker Δ, a devotional persona focused on Dionysos (his description) of the Melbourne-based street artist Markos Gage. He is the moderator of the Reddit forum r/dionysus which as you can see for yourself is largely populated by vulnerable, alienated, often confused youth. (Their Discord is even worse.) When not playing the role of hierophant and religious authority figure (again, his words) to the lost children of Reddit, Markos Gage can be found on Tumblr, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, the Thyrsus, the Dionysian Artist, the Boukoleon, the Gargarean, polytheist.com and numerous other places trolling for his next victim. May the hunter become the hunted.

  1. Sannion. I believe you because you aren’t someone to lie about something serious like this. But I really hope you post the evidence soon. Markos was once as important to me as you were in my formative years when I was new to the faith. Most of everything I know and value came from you two. I am who I am because of you two. If someone I once loved and cared for in these regards is a child molester then I deserve to know the truth. Everyone does but I especially need to know. Not trying to make it about me but I cannot help but acknowledge that this revelation hits me in a deeply personal way.

    1. Ah, fuck man. I’m really sorry. And I feel you. He was one of my closest friends once, and I keep trying to reconcile the man I thought I knew with what I’m hearing. I’m going to see what the Melbourne cops suggest before I take any action, especially with new people coming forward. I want to handle this the right way … but I’m also keeping all options open.

      1. Do what needs to be done. It’s like I said already. If Markos is even half the Dionysian he claims to be then he’ll acknowledge that this is just. His anagnorisis is nigh and with it his sparagmos (albeit a dishonorable one).

        Markos, if you’re reading this, I will put it in words that you’ll understand. The red of your red phase will be from the wounds to your legacy. And your white phase will almost certainly be soon after. May Lord Dionysos have mercy on you because you will need it.

  2. That was fast. Glad to be of service. It is hard to reconcile the public life of a person with a private life. Consider O.J. Simpson or even Donald Trump. What they were/are publicly is quite different than what they are in private. I had a friend whose son was a bodyguard of Simpson, who told me about what he was like in private – not nice. I know people who have spoken to Trump off record, who report a very serious, thoughtful person.
