She remains one of my favorite contemporary pop artists, and I’m interested in seeing the directions she’ll go in as she matures. Though, personally, I prefer her first couple albums, and the unpolished pre-Lana material, she created enough goodwill that I’ll give anything she’s involved with a listen. Even if it doesn’t have the same impact, it’s still heads and shoulders above most stuff being produced today.
Very haunting song. I love Lana Del Ray’s vocals and the sad guitar.
