Must be reading my mind again, because I was going to ask my Greek gang back in CT about their Orthodox Epiphany celebration and the Kalikantzaroi.

So apparently the Koboloi are tied to the Kerkopes who become monkeys. That’s interesting considering the identification between Satyrs and primates. Not to mention the ties to the blue monkeys in Minoan art. Definitely more aspects of the Wild Man part of the retinue
